"Back in March 2008 I purchased a used 2007 KX450F. When I got the bike home I noticed some defects with the bike, but I figured it was just normal wear and tear. As time went on more and more "little issues" were racking up. I finally got so frustrated with the bike that I wrote a very negative review (This was on a Sunday night). Monday afternoon (They're closed on Monday) I received a phone call from one of the Owners Chris. He took the time to listen to my issues and told me to get the bike in on Thursday so we could meet in person. I have to admit I was a little leery, most places will say they'll look at your bike and then turn around and say that everything was your fault.... Not here. Chris and Adam listen to everything, took notes and assured me that my bike would be worth what I paid for it. I received daily phone calls with updates. Adam called and asked me to come down, he went over the findings, and I thought... Here it comes... Then he said "We'll take care of it for you, go pick out your parts." Two days later I was picking up my bike. Adam kept insisting that it be washed and polished, I said it wasn't necessary. Adam, Kyle, and a couple other employees stayed late that night just making sure that my bike was perfect. I have to say that my faith in this shop is 100% restored. It's actually grown because of this ordeal. This dealership will stand behind their product; they will do what ever is necessary to make sure that the customer is 110% satisfied with their purchase. Thank you Chris, Adam, Kyle, and everyone else for doing such a great job!!! OH, One other thing... The bike is running like a bat out of hell now!!!"

" I went to the Phoenix location to look at a used V2K. It sold before I got there. I had a back up plan to look at Vulcan 900 Classic or Lt model. Came home with a black 900 Classic, with windshield (Memphis Shade) on order. This was my best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. All the employees were friendly. If they didn't know the answer to a question I asked. They would find someone that did. Special thanks to Tony and Josh in sales, and Jeff in parts, and all the others that I did not get their names. "I was looking for a new bike and decided to drop by Kawasaki Superstore. These guys are great, not too busy to answer questions and just downright friendly. "Purchased two (2) 2K8 Ninja 250's from the Goodyear store. Very friendly; not pushy. Tommy was a very informative sales person; not afraid to tell you "I don't know, but let me find out". I love that! I can't stand a sales person who "makes stuff up" just to sound like they know what they're talking about. Adam worked VERY hard to get the financing right. And (so far) Kyle (service) has been very patient with my (stupid) questions. Our break-in services are next week. I am elated to report that: After our 2nd full tank of gas we are both getting just under 70 MPG (just as Tommy had pitched)! My bike 68.7; my son's 69.3 and we could'nt be happier. These guys are worth the drive! Say hi for me."

"I had submitted and application online. Within a couple hours I got a call that they were working financing. I recevied a call from Chuck for me to come down and pick out a bike. As a new rider, I did not know much. I probally called Chuck 20 times to ask 20,000 questions and he was very patient with me. After a few trips to the store, more questions I finally found the bike just right for me. Way to go Chuck and the staff. The service man really took his time to clean up the bike and instruct me on every aspect of the bike. They really care about you as a person and a rider. Stop in and you will enjoy the experience. "Came for the full course, left with Concours -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- One of the many things I enjoy about motorcycling today is the "community" spirit, and Kawasaki SuperStore in Goodyear does a "first-Saturday-of-the-month" BBQ for it's customer appreciation thing (hamburgers,hot dogs,tater chips) so, armed with our appetites my wife and went down to "be appreciated". After a couple of burgers, I spoke with Adam (the stores GM) about wanting to trade in my '06 wee-strom and her Vulcan 500 on something larger that would carry both of us. He introduced me to "Tommy" and between the two of them got me a great deal on a new Concours 1400! They gave me really good prices for my trades and cut me a deal that included the service plan as well. (I have no desire to adjust variable timed valves under all that plumbing, thank you) The whole atmosphere was very pleasent, casual, and they even let me take home a loaner helmet. I just can't say enough about the good people at this store, from their participation in bike nights to people like Stephanie who are active riders in the community and promote fun and saftey along with offering discounts and great service. Very seldom do you see this level of support from a "Dealership". It's very clear that the people here make the difference! Just my 2 pesos... "

"I stopped in to check out your Goodyear location to see if you had a Concours 14, as I had been seriously considering one. I could have gone to a dealership closer to home, but I was not in the mood to be either: A) Ignored, or B) Hounded by every salesperson in the store, or C) Have my intelligence insulted. I an very glad that I stopped in at KSS! Here's a quick run down of the experience: Tom in sales was a pleasure to work with. No "So what do I have to do to put you on this bike TODAY?" from Tom, just a friendly exchange of information. Jason in sales gave me a fair trade in value on my H-D. There was no haggling, and none of the song-and-dance that I'm used to when there is a trade in involved. Adam, the GM rounded out the experience by getting me through the paperwork quickly, and efficiently. A truly nice touch was affording me the choice of taking the bike that evening. This may not sound unusual, but it was just shy of 6 P.M. the store's closing time. I called Adam the next day around 10 A.M. to arrange a pick up time. Adam informed me that it was already ready and waiting! When I went to pick it up, Kyle in service provided a comprehensive walk around. Kyle explained the key features, and handed the bike over in blemish-free, pristine condition. Adam, and Tom made sure that everything was satisfactory, and sent me on my way. Two days after picking up the bike, Tom called to check in, and make sure that everything had met my expectations. I stopped in for some parts the same day, and Tom spent a few minutes making sure I was happy with both the bike, and KSS. Amanda helped me with getting the parts that I needed, and made sure that I got everything that I needed, Jenica completed the sale, and told my wife and I about how she is looking to get a street bike. Anyone who has dealt with another dealership in the Valley will be pleasantly surprised at how KSS makes genuine efforts at making the bike buying, or even the parts and accessories buying experience a positive one. "

"It all started w/ a set of Pilot Powers for my Honda in December, 2006. The Kawasaki SS in Goodyear, gave me an awesome deal on them & an oil change at a price no other store could match. I ended up talking to about everyone @ the store that day & throughout the year, as I returned for service & parts because nobody else could touch these guys' in service or prices. When I started looking for a new bike, in December, 2007, I came looking here first. Robert showed me a "SICK" 2007 SE ZX-14 that was just taken in as used. He then told me of another bike @ the Ahwatukee store that was exactly the same, because the bike @ his store was already sold. He gave me a "Once in a Lifetime," deal. He had it brought over right away & noticed a cosmetic problem that he was not aware of. Jason & Kyle worked together & ordered the parts to make it right. Jason made sure the deal stayed the same. There were some accessories that I wanted for this bike from the get-go & Tommy hooked me up F-A-T. Then Adam made the deal come together w/ financing that blew my mind. I went in his office thinking one thing & came out calling this guy, "Magician." The time we spent making this deal happen was less than any other vehicle purchase I have ever made. The buying experience at this store is a no pressure, customer satisfaction 1st, & welcome to the family type thing. This store is "The H-E-A-T". Whatever you need, they have it or can get it when they say they can. These guys are pros & are doing everything right. Chris & Steve have no competition in my opinion. If you don't buy from these guys or use them for service, you are missing out on the way riding is supposed to be. Good times & good friends. Thanx for everything! I am hooked!"

After about my 3rd visit to your Superstore in Ahwatukee I'm proud to announce that your establishment is where I will conduct business moving forward, and xxxxxxx will never get a penny from me ever again. "Beyond Amazing! I walked out w/ an even better, bigger & faster bike that I thought I wanted and haven't looked back since! Josh, the on floor sales guy, was fantastic! He had answers to all my questions and if he didn't know, he went and got them for me. Cam and Josh kept us entertained and happy while we waiting for financing. And Aric in finance didnt' dissapoint. He got me a better rate than I walked in with and gave me so much info, that I had no questions when we were done. Service walked me over my bike and made sure I knew everything from air filters to proper oil levels. After my purchase, Josh called to let me know my bike was on the way. When it was, it was delayed, the driver called to advise me and he was so friendly when he dropped off my bike, making sure I knew about all of the features and that service had gone over everything w/ me. Josh called to make sure I received my bike later that evening, and again a week or so later to see what was going on and if all was enjoying my new bike. I can't tell you how happy I am that I decided to go to that location. "I wouldn't know where to begin! I have bought 3 bikes in 10 months and referred 2 other buyers in the same time period. I can write "personalized service" but until you shop her / get your bike serviced here or interact with the KSSA team you just won't fully understand. Over the last few weeks I have noted to the staff "where else can you go where the OWNER gets personally involved in sales and customer service?" The answer is KSSA!"
